Custom Jewellery

So you're ready to make the first step towards ordering your very own custom Rachelle Willows Design piece of jewellery but are unsure how that all works?... Let me walk you through it!

On the website under the listing "Custom Rings" is where you will find all the currently available stones for custom rings. I try and bring in a large variety of amazing stones to offer you the best selection. All stones are one of a kind as they are all hand cut and mined by reputable suppliers.

The stones are listed on the website and all the prices include the cost of the sterling silver to make the ring. So simply choose the stone you would like and make the purchase o start the custom process.

For the ring design you will be able to choose either a flush setting or a halo setting.

Once you have purchased your stone I will contact you via email in 7-10 days and we will go over the design details of your ring and you can let me know which setting you would like. At that time you can also let me know what size you would like your ring made in.

*All custom rings are final sale and no returns or refunds are offered for them. Due to this policy it is extremely important that you go to a professional jewellery store and have your finger sized. Once the stone is set in the ring I am not able to resize you ring so please make sure you are ordering the correct size.

Please note that the current turnaround time for custom rings is 3 months from the date of purchase. As soon as your ring is completed I will email you a photo of the completed ring and it will be shipped to you ASAP. All shipments come with a tracking number that you will receive once I have mailed the package.
